Attorney Bio

Jonathan A. Ibarra was admitted to the bar in the State of Illinois in 2005. Since then, he has focused his career on matters involving civil and injury litigation, with an emphasis on helping victims of violent and traumatic injuries and accidents through personal injury and medical malpractice litigation.

Mr. Ibarra received his Bachelor of Science degree from Indiana University, Kelley School of Business, in Bloomington, Indiana in 2002. He subsequently went on to complete his Juris Doctor from the University of Illinois, College of Law, Urbana-Champaign in 2005.

Prior to joining RCK Law, Mr. Ibarra was heavily focused on general civil litigation, medical malpractice, and nursing home litigation. Mr. Ibarra has extensive experience litigating traumatic birth injury claims such as hypoxic ischemic injuries, brachial plexus injuries, and neonatal complications. Mr. Ibarra represented families and babies in litigation all over the United States, being admitted Pro Hac Vice into numerous states across the country. Over his career, Mr. Ibarra has represented victims of accidents of all types, from motor vehicle accidents to complex medical malpractice cases. With a record of success spanning over 15 years, Mr. Ibarra's entire career has been dedicated to assisting those in need.

Mr. Ibarra's education and diverse professional background offers his clients the level and quality of experienced representation that victims of negligent acts deserve. His professional affiliations include the Will County Bar Association, DuPage County Bar Association, Illinois State Bar Association, Illinois Trial Lawyers Association and the American Association for Justice.
