Recomendations
On May 1, 2001, Bobbe Graaman was on her way to work, taking her usual route of traveling North on I-55. Unfortunately, that day would end with a stay in the local hospital and an uncertain future. At approximately 6:00 a.m. Ms. Graaman approached the exit ramp of Route 126 at I-55 as traffic…
The first time I met Frank was at the Courthouse when my previous attorneys were abandoning me. Frank took my case when everyone else told me no. It wasn’t easy, but we won. Frank never gave up and I got the results that compensated me for my injury.
What started out as an annual Canadian fishing trip ended in tragedy when the car I was traveling in went off the road and hit a boulder. The next thing I remember was waking up in a hospital. My body was literally broken to pieces. When they air-lifted me to Joliet, my future was uncertain.
When I came to the law firm of Rathbun, Cservenyak & Kozol, LLC., I came for one reason and that was to be compensated for my injuries. When the case settled for one million dollars I got more than just a settlement. I had become good friends with Frank, who fought and battled for me every step
Always have received excellent help from the attorneys in the firm. Frank C and Carl B handled our last cases very well.
