Rathbun, Cservenyak & Kozol LLC Hires Allison R. Ferro
Joliet, Illinois – Civil litigation firm Rathbun, Cservenyak & Kozol LLC has hired Allison R. Ferro, Esquire as an Associate Attorney. Ms. Ferro will litigate worker’s compensation and other employment claims for the firm.
Ms. Ferro earned a Juris Doctorate in 2005 from the John Marshall Law School in Chicago, Illinois. While studying law, Ms. Ferro was a member of the Phi Alpha Delta law fraternity and the Trial Advocacy Honors Council. She was a legal intern for the John Marshall Fair Housing Legal Clinic where she drafted substantive pleadings pertaining to fair housing, Title VII and real estate issues; and assisted attorneys in preparation for depositions, client meetings, and motion hearings.
Ms. Ferro also was a Judicial Clerk for the Honorable Judge Amy Bertani-Tomczak
of the 12th Judicial Circuit Court of Illinois. As a Judicial Clerk, Ms.
Ferro researched technical legal issues, assisted in drafting legal opinions,
and prepared objective memoranda on various legal issues.
Ms. Ferro was admitted to the Illinois Bar in November, 2005.
Allison Ferro earned Bachelor of Arts degrees in both English and Philosophy from Indiana University in 2002.
